REGISTRATION

nusaX is a place to buy and sell digital assets, under the auspices of PT Nusantara Digital Aset. You can buying and selling digital assets such as bitcoin, ethereum, and others easily. We provide good service with an integrated system. At nusaX you will transact easily, quickly and safely.
  1. Open the nusax.co.id page
  2. Click register at the top right
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. After registering, please open the email you used during registration (if the verification email does not enter the inbox folder, please check the spam folder), then click the link sent from nusax.co.id

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Nusa x is committed to applying (KYC) to comply with the regulatory regulations that are running in Indonesia, this step is needed to prevent abuse of products and services for money laundering and terrorist financing. ID card verification is also needed if you want to deposit or withdraw transactions using rupiah, and also for the security of your account.
  1. Click settings menu in the main menu of nusax.co.id
  2. Complete the personal data, namely; real name, place, and date of birth, complete address in accordance with KTP / other identity cards.
  3. Photos/scans of your ID card or another identity card, select the file/upload in the KTP file column.
  4. Photo yourself with a paper that says "Verify to buy digital assets on nusax.co.id" (your real name and signature on the left / right side of the text) then select the file and upload it.
  5. Click verification to verify the account.
  6. After the verification process is approved by nusax.co.id, there will be an email notification based on the email when you register.
We only accept files in the form of photos/scans of your identity card, and the size is not more than 2 MB per photo. Please check the size of the photo you sent, then try sending it again. Make sure you are connected to the internet, and your internet connection is stable.
Please recheck your identity, make sure the data is appropriate with the ID you sent, if you have questions please contact our customer service.

SECURITY

To protect your account from undesirable things, such as hacking (data hacking) or account owner's negligence we need to do is make the account have a good level of security. One of the actions is to use a combination password consisting of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers. Then activation of telephone numbers and 2-factor authentication.
Activating a telephone number is a step to secure your account if your account is in trouble. nusaX will send a verification code and notification to your telephone number when going to make transactions, such as deposit and withdrawal.
The step we need to do to activate the telephone number is

  1. Please login to nusax.co.id
  2. Click account settings (in the left side menu)
  3. Click phone number activation
  4. Enter your telephone number
  5. Click verification
  6. Enter the code sent to your telephone number
  7. Click on verification
By enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), you have 2 layers of protection. This aims to increase the security of your account and make your account protected from hackers. When you log in with two-factor authentication that has been activated, you need to enter your password and also the unique code generated by google authenticator where the code will always change every 30 seconds. When someone knows your password, they will not be able to access your account without having your cell phone.
Steps to enable 2-factor authentication

  1. Click account settings menu
  2. Click enable in the Two-Factor Authentication column
  3. Then install the Authy or Google Authenticator application on your smartphone
  4. After the application is successfully installed, click set up two-factor auth / set two-factor authentication.
  5. You will see the code on the screen, scan this code with your smartphone application.
  6. Print and save a copy of this code for your personal records, if later you lose your cell phone
Steps to disable 2-factor authentication

  1. The first step to deactivate 2-factor authentication, click the account settings menu
  2. Click Disable in the Two-Factor Authentication column
  3. Enter the Authentication code from your mobile to the nusax.co.id website
  4. After Google Authenticator is disabled, then your sms Authentication will
If you experience problems and fail to reset two-factor authentication, please contact our online customer service then attach a high-resolution selfie, where you are holding your identity card in one photo.

REPAIR ACCOUNT

If you forget your password, you can reset your nusaX account password by clicking the forgot password link. We will send a special link via email to reset your new password.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW

To make a Coin deposit, members can follow the following steps;

  1. Please log in to your Nusa x account.
  2. After logging in, click the wallet tab.
  3. Select the coins that to be deposited.
  4. You will get a deposit coin address.
  5. Send the coin you want to sell to the address.
Things you need to pay attention to when you will deposit to your nusaX account

  1. Deposits must be made from the bank account of the owner of the nusaX account, the name of the account holder must match the data in nusaX.
  2. Deposits cannot be made using a bank account that is not in accordance with the account owner (your friends or family account).
  3. The Rupiah Deposit process will spend a maximum of 2x24 hours. If you encounter obstacles in the process of depositing Rupiah please contact our customer service.

Things you need to pay attention to when you will deposit to your nusaX account;

  1. Withdrawal can only be made to a bank account that has been registered and in accordance with the personal data in nusaX.
  2. Withdraw cannot be done using a bank account that does not match the account owner, (an account of your friends or family).
  3. Rupiah Withdrawal Process will take a maximum of 2x24 hours. If you encounter problems in withdrawing Rupiah please contact our customer service.

Deposit

  1. Minimum deposit of nusax.co.id is 25,000 (Twenty-five thousand rupiahs).
  2. Maximum Deposit at nusax.co.id does not exist.

Withdraw

  1. The minimum withdrawal is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiahs).
  2. The maximum withdrawal for Indonesian Citizens (WNI) is IDR 100,000,000 (One hundred million rupiahs) for ordinary accounts. As for the premium account of Rp.200,000,000 (Two hundred million rupiahs)
  3. The maximum withdrawal limit for foreigners (foreigners) is Rp.10,000,000, - (Ten million rupiahs).

AFFILIATED PROGRAMS

In this program, nusaX as an exchanger that offers to buy and sell digital asset service gives commissions to customers who have a downline below it. This bonus is called a referral bonus. Referral bonuses will be given when the downline makes a trading transaction on nusax.co.id, the commission will be given 30% of the transaction fee.

NusaX now provides a ticket to make it easy for members to raise problems or complaints. Complaints refer to official customer service support provided by our platform, where users can resolve any problems that arise during transactions such as disputes between sellers and buyers or problems that occur in the account.
